ALREADY A GACD MEMBER
- Please sign in with your GACD member ID in order to receive the GACD member discount.
- Choose the type of registration (doctor or team member) you would like to enter by clicking the blue button below.
- Select the GACD Member price level.
- Repeat the process for additional doctors and/or team members.
- If you are a member that is experiencing difficulties registering, please contact Frank Manfre at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Consider becoming a member to save on meeting registration!
- Choose the type of registration you would like below
- Select the NON GACD MEMBER price level
- Repeat the process for additional doctors/team members
NOTE: Doctors and Team Members MUST BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY
Cancellations made 7 days before the course date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date will receive 50% of the paid tuition. No-shows are not eligible for any refunds.
